“Green spaces like Pico Park are vital in any community. They give people the chance to pause, reset and connect with nature, which is so important for both our wellbeing and creativity..”
Adam Frost, Landscape Designer
From complex landscape construction to detailed pre-construction support, we deliver the full scope of external works required to realise ambitious placemaking schemes.

CHALLENGE
Create a place that helps to improve ESG performance for tenants by reducing absenteeism and stress while increasing productivity and happiness across their teams.
SOLUTION
Transformed the landscape by installing a multi-use sports pitch, building a yoga and exercise studio with a living roof, creating urban gardens and constructing a living wall.
RESULTS
Following the works Winnersh Triangle won a prestigious Fitwell Award, enabling Frasers Property to attack the fast-growing market for office space that supports healthier lifestyles. See the full Case Study.

Following a competitive tender process we were appointed by contract administrator Burnley Wilson Fish to realise the design vision developed by the landscape architects.
CHALLENGE
Increase asset value by enhancing outdoor spaces and roadways to create a “wow” arrival experience and win a significant new tenant. All without disturbing existing tenants or impeding their ongoing operations.
SOLUTION
Developed detailed plans to minimise the impact on the tenant community. Upgraded roadway crossings, and installed renewed block paving, planters, planted areas, lighting and seating areas. Created a “wow” arrival experience.
RESULTS
Renewed and reused materials from the site to reduce costs and environmental impact. Delivered the design vision and a significant new tenant joined the park achieving the project goal. See the full Case Study.
Investors Colmore Capital sought transformative renovations to create a happier, healthier, work environment, helping tenants achieve environmental, social, and governance (ESG) targets.
CHALLENGE
Execute upgrades and enhance the natural habitat, improving the campus to host a community of forward-thinking professionals. Create a landscape to support their work, wellbeing, learning and socialising while also improving campus commutability.
SOLUTION
Working hand in glove with master planners Gillespies we connected buildings to the lakeside setting with nature-oriented trim trails. We installed two Padel courts to encourage community spirit and improved commutability with new roadways and improved car parks.
RESULTS
Using a sustainable first approach to redevelopment we realised Gillespies’ vision to create a class-leading occupier experience for Colmore’s tenants. See the full Case Study.
